Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Anna Lou of London packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid or standard return label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at a local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
